Ugh! We moved out of Center City Philadelphia 2 years ago shortly before Baby #2 arrived. Our house was an absolute fixer upper, but we had done it before and were excited about the location, schools, space, etc. In the past two years we have done a ton of work but were holding out on the change over from Oil to Gas for this summer. This morning I woke up at 4:30 am, teeth chattering, to find the thermostat at 49 degrees!! My 18 month old was up by 5:15 and my 4 yr old by 6:15. I started calling the emergency line at 5 am and when I FINALLY spoke to someone 8:30 he was quite possibly the WORST customer service rep on the planet and asked me to please not get upset. Really, we've been a customer for 2 years, I have two young children, I am 8 months pregnant and they are calling for 10 inches of snow tomorrow and you want me to stay calm while you figure out why my account is on hold when you comfortably cashed our 900$ payment WEEKS ago! AHHHHHHH!
Hopefully they get a tech out today otherwise DH is gonna be purchasing Diesel Fuel and trying to figure out how to get the heating system up and running to get us through the next few day. Boo! I want to cry...again. :-(
