    1. I recently bought quinoa for the first time so I made turkey spinach quinoa casserole (yum) and quinoa and ground beef stuffed peppers (not so yum). Oh and oatmeal quinoa cookies (good but I felt they were muffins).

    2. Not yet.. I would like to find a stuffed pepper recipe that's good.

    3. Oatmeal and tea most days is all my DD lets me accomplish

    2. Made meatballs with quinoa and kale for DD and it looked/smelled so good I'm thinking of doing grown up ones this week.

    3. A croissant with jam. I buy a box and eat them trough the week

  • 1. Chicken pesto bake. It was a skinnytaste.com recipe. Really good!!

2.going to try one of those kraft recipe maker things with the 2 sauces

    3. Cereal, eggs or blueberry waffles
  • 1.inspired by someone who mentioned kale salad (can't remember who) on WFD thread, I did quick sauteed Kale salad with chicken, shallots, lemon juice, feta and almonds.  It was great!
    2. next week, I am thinking of trying a butternut squash spinach wild rice bake that I found on pinterest that I have been saving for awhile. I may substitute quinoa instead of wild rice as I always have quinoa but not rice.
3.Blueberry and Maple syrup refrigerated oatmeal with greek yogurt!  sometimes I add chia seeds. on weekends, I am all about eggs and bacon.  Unless we have W&S frozen sticky buns or croissants or other pastries available.   Having lived in CT, NYC and upstate NY before moving to VA, I really miss bagels.  My husband and I probably talk about bagels every sunday.  The bagels down here are like bread shaped like bagels.

  • 1. I recently made the quickest tortilla soup ever. Just threw in some onion, garlic and olive oil and sauteed.  Then, mixed in chicken broth, canned tomatoes, and shredded, already made, rotiserrie chicken. When it boiled I added corn, cilantro, crushed tortilla chips and cheese. It was EASY and delicious.

    2. I am going to attempt to make kale chips tonight.

    3. Oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon. Also a travel size cup of coffee everyday.
