Right now, I'm unemployed. Can't say I'm a stay at home mom cause DS goes to an in-home daycare. I was in school last semester for Surgical Technology and decided to not go back for a few reasons and try to find a job with my first degree (medical office admin; referrals, coding, billing, etc).
Sr. Marketing Manager for a huge national retailer.
I'm a nursing assistant at the local hospital. Its not glamorous by any means but I love the people I work with and what I do. Unfortunately budget cuts are really hurting staffing and I dread going in anymore. I will probably look for something after baby is born. I need my fmla for surgery and then delivery right now, oh and insurance I find that helps a lot lol
I've been a Veterinary Technician for 6 years. I got put on worker's comp leave due to a torn MCL & Meniscus on12/20/13.. then we found out we conceived around 12/25-12/30. haha! So I'm stuck a home with a bum knee until baby arrives, afterwards I'll be able to have surgery on my knee. I'll be a SAHM when LO arrives, like DH and I have previously discussed. Once LO is school age I hope to finish my schooling towards becoming an RN.
I'm a SAHM. My degree is in accounting but I didn't really work in the field until I was pregnant with #1, and I did taxes seasonally. This year is the first year I haven't worked tax season since I was pregnant, and I probably won't go back until #2 is in school full time.
I left my job in consumer banking management last year (stress!) now I own a cake shop & distribute cupcakes to local convenience stores. Lately the smell of buttercream frosting has been making me gag & I've canceled a few orders!! I enjoy being home the majority of the time and hanging out with my tween!
Project manager for a wireless company. Wish I could be a stay at home momma after this one but looks like it would be my husband staying home if one of us can.
I teach middle school English. After the crew I'm dealing with this year, I'm seriously considering a career change. Ugh. June needs to get here already.
I am right there with you! I teach 3rd grade and my past two years have been TOUGH!
I'm a small town lawyer, doing mostly family and real estate law, and any other crazy thing that walks through the door. I generally have a love-hate relationship with my job. But lately I have a hate-hate relationship with having a job at all because (1) I have to get out of bed, and (2) I have to put on work pants.
I'm a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a bank, meaning I ensure compliance operations for all offices... Haven't told work yet but I'm hoping they will be flexible with LO comes.

I'm an accountant for an oil and gas/energy company. I've always wanted to be a SAHM but hubby is a teacher and that won't cut it with our mortgage, student loans, and car payments alone :-(

I lead the account management team for a best practice research consultancy in DC. I wish I could stay at home, but for us it makes more sense for DH to be the SAH parent. Lucky guy.
I am a slave to my 19 month old, and I keep track of the "business & finance" stuff for DH since he's self-employed. Neither pay well. Oh wait. Neither pay at all. I do get free rent for keeping the house somewhat clean.
