    On the menu for this week:

    broiled flank steak, ranch rice, broccoli
    BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches (crockpot), cole slaw, fries
    beef stew
    frozen pizzas

    Yesterday-Bar b que chicken, yellow rice & green beans

    Tonight- Turkey meatloaf over egg noodles & brussel sprouts

    Tuesday-Stuffed artichokes & tossed salad

    Wednesday-Taco

    Thurday- Homemade pizza

    baked gnocchi with sausage, mushrooms & spinach; roasted brussels sprouts

    turkey BLAT wraps, spinach salad

    spiced chicken breasts, bulgur pilaf, tomato/cucumber/tahini salad

    sausage burgers with marinara and mozz, even more salad

    shrimp & veggie fried (brown) rice

    heart-shaped pancakes with raspberry sauce, bacon

    Last night- Chicken feta burgers, sweet potato tots

    Tonight- Good question.  Just me and DS.  I have chicken in the fridge, or maybe some leftover chicken pot pie soup out of the freezer

    Tuesday- Crockpot honey sesame chicken with mushrooms and bok choy over rice or udon noodles

    Wednesday- Roasted Salmon, baked sweet potato, asparagus

    Thursday- Shrimp fajitas with homemade guac

    Friday- Out

    Tonight- Pizza

    Tuesday- crock pot beef stew with sweet potatoes.

    Wednesday- Tacos

    Thursday- some kind of chicken dish

    Friday- Home made pizza

    Never ask a man WFD :( the only idea he had was grilled cheese. So I think I have a menu.

    Tonight: grilled cheese and soup.
    Tomorrow: meeting night so grilled chicken salads
    Wednesday: BBQ porkchops, roasted potatoes, green beans
    Thursday: Turkey burgers and salads
    Friday: pizza
    Saturday: steak and potatoes if we don't go out.
    Sunday: skinnytaste French dip sandwiches?

    Y'all are so fancy with your homemade pizzas. :)) If it wasn't for Digiorno and CPK, we might never eat pizza at my house.

    @gotgingy I've tried to make pizza dough a couple times and it was a disaster, but I'll give yours a shot.

    I have a realllly easy dough recipe if you want it!  We have such a small freezer, frozen pizzas won't fit.  I had to come up with an alternative.


    We use tortillas for the crust.... I'm fancy like that!!!! ;-);-);-);-)

    Tonight - chicken cutlets with garlic sauce, lemon asparagus risotto
    Tuesday - DH working late shift, I'll feed DS1 and then eat crap after bedtime
    Wednesday - crock pot coconut chicken curry, basmati rice
    Thursday - DS1's birthday! Cheesesteaks, baked potatoes, salad, and cupcakes!
    Friday - basil balsamic pork, mac and cheese, salad
    Saturday - MIL, BIL, and SIL visiting... we're going out with BIL and SIL, probably leave MIL with either pizza or leftovers...
    DS1: 02.12
    DS2: 11.13

    Today: leftover chili Tuesday and Wednesday: pasta with tomato cream sauce and chicken Thursday: taco soup from the freezer Friday: ?? Brinner maybe, or whatever we can find

    @reesefox I make an upside down pizza with a homemade crust. It doesn't have to rise or anything. It's delicious and super easy. I use a pizza blend of shredded cheese, but I have used plain mozzerella tells like the recipe calls for. I cook onion in with my meat and usually add black olives.
