So weird question, but I have to know from other pregnant ladies: Do you find it's getting harder to do kegel exercises the further along you get?
I have been doing them a few times a week since the beginning of my pregnancy, because you know, it's one of those thing that every baby book/blog recommend you do to help with labour and recovery. I usually do them during my yoga classes, just because it's a convenient time to do something like that while I'm already working out.
But I've noticed at my past few classes that they are actually getting harder to do. Maybe as my hips are widening it takes more effort?
I was just wondering if any other May Moms are noticing this about their cute vaginas.

I totally forgot that I'm supposed to be doing these. Doesn't feel any different to me.
My dr told me that walking was the most important type of exercise to be doing since it helps work out the vagina muscles we need during delivery.
I'd love to walk outside, but it is still snowy in NJ!
