PnP mattress

Emmett sleeps in a crib at home, and has a really hard time falling asleep at my parents house in the PnP. I wonder if it's because he's so used to the comfy mattress of his crib and can't sleep on the hard PnP mattress. I saw a 3" mattress for it on Amazon and wondered I I should get it. The reviews all said that it fits perfectly in it with no gaps. Have any of you used a mattress in your PnP? Do you think it's worth getting?

J had the same problem but then his babysitter let me borrow their pnp crib sheet and J STTN (he doesn't even do this at home most nights)... this is what they have and wheat I will be purchasing after next pay period

okay so I'm having a hard time linking... search in amazon for the Eddie Bauer Velboa Play Yard Sheet.

  • My DD hates the play pen too. Leant that the hard way and it was 3 sleepless nights, and then she fell off the bed in the hotel too. Ugh we haven't been anywhere over night since because she won't sleep in it.

  • C has been sleeping in his PnP for the last month since we are visiting family. He didn't sleep well in it at all so I bought the mattress as a last resort and he sleeps sooo much better with it. It fits in our Graco PnP perfectly, no gaps at all. My only regret is not buying it sooner! I also bought American Baby Company sheets from Amazon that fit it well. Get it!!
