My brother sent a text this afternoon saying he got both, too. He said the marshmallow was super good and tasted just like marshmallow. But he said the cookie dough tasted nothing at all like cookie dough. He didn't care for it, was disappointed. So let me know!
I keep trying all these new dumb ass oreos all excited, and then it's like...... boo. I always prefer the normal regular chocolate ones.
The cookie dough are good but I agree with your brother that they don't taste much like cookie dough. More like a mocha or something. I didn't really like the marshmallow treat ones but I don't like the golden ones to begin with so I wasn't surprised. My favorite oreos so far are plain and birthday cake.
That's EXACTLY what my sister in law said! She tasted my brothers and said "huh, I taste some type of coffee?" my brother didn't. But now you have, so that's funny.
He prefers golden, so loved the marshmallow. I'm with you, I don't prefer golden. That's not an oreo to me.
I totally agree with this. I read somewhere (didn't see it in this article, but may have missed it) that the addictive power of oreos keeps you coming back even when you don't necessarily want any. I just can't buy oreos because I will eat by the freaking sleeve even after I feel like crap.
FTR, I am an oreo purist. No double stuffed, no colors, no fancy flavors. Just original here, with lots of milk.

I'm doing a rainbow theme for DD's birthday party next month and doing these
