  So very sorry for your loss. Like yourself and PPs, my body has also held onto the baby longer than what I felt it should have and it's very hard to trust your body after that. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time.

  I'm sorry to hear your news. You still have all the symptoms b/c your body still thinks it is pregnant.
  
  The same thing happened to me. But a few hours after they told me, I started to spot, then it still took a couple of days to start to miscarry. I ended up having an emergency D&C. It was a lot easier to move forward after the D&C.
