  • Posting again because I just HAVE to share this recipe!!
    It's called muffin in a cup
    1/4 cup quick oats
    1 egg
    Brown sugar to taste or stevia
    1 tablespoon of almond milk/silk if you like it moist
    And whatever fruit you want!

    Just combine all ingredients in a cup, stir, put fruit on top and microwave for 1 min. If not done do 30 secs at a time until top looks formed, turn cup upside down and ta-da!
    Tonight I did chocolate chips as my desert :P it was SO good. I believe, of course depending how much fruit you add it's about 130 calories!

  • I lost 4 lbs this week by eating clean and doing daily exercises! I made these clean energy bites tonight and wanted to share the recipe. They have ground flaxseed and oats, so they should help with milk supply too! They are sooo good! Just mix the ingredients in a bowl and roll into balls.
  • I have not posted here before because I am nervous about losing weight/that I'm not going to lose enough. I don't have a scale right now either (need to go buy one) so I'm not sure if I'm even making progress.. Just going by looks.

    I am managing what I eat on a calorie counter app. I have been feeling very nauseous while breastfeeding and I'm not sure if it's low blood sugar or not so I'm trying to be careful to eat/drink enough still.

    I also just bought a treadmill. I am starting out on speed walking working back up to running now. I am doing ab work outs as well.

    Now just to keep it up and not get lazy!

  • Progress this week: joined WW and lost 4 lbs

    Challenges: my grandfather passed away this week so it was more challenging to stay on track with traveling out of town for his services. I think I did ok though.

    When I reach my goal I want to do a little make over. New hair & new clothes

    Post baby body is what I expected I guess. I thought I would lose a little more after having her but I didn't so now I have more work to do.

    Snack ideas: I do a lot of fruit bowls, (I make my own) boiled eggs, fiber one bars, veggies & hummus

  • Let's just say I did not do well. I'll just pretend I was starting THIS week.
    I'm with you @ktrue85... Plus got my period, so that didn't help., next week will be better!
