Implantation?

Ha, tricked ya! It’s actually a boring introduction from a newb.

Here we go…I was bored and lurking around the Bump a few weeks ago with no intent on actually posting when I came across your drive by implantation thread. By the end of it I realized that I could actually fit in here. (Past Bump experiences made me leery. People are crazy when they are anonymous!) I rushed to make a new account and then had to wait 48 long hours to be able to post. Then I wanted to wait until I could get on a computer and personalize myself a bit with a pic or widget or whatever. BTW, the new account isn’t because I’m a creepy mc-creeperson. I made my original account back in 2007 on the Knot and it had my first name. I was never too active on the Knot or my first go round with the Bump almost three years ago now. I joined, participated minimally on my BMB and then joined the Facebook group. I’m still very active on the Facebook group which is why I didn’t think I’d find a home here.

My TTC back story: I’m a FTM of an almost two year old. DH and I decided last December that we’d stop preventing and then actively started trying in June. Since then I’ve had two miscarriages due to a short luteal phase. I just did my first round of Clomid last week and am waiting for my surge. It’s crazy; once we started actively trying I went out and bought all sorts of pregnancy stuff. I just assumed it would be simple, you know? LO was a surprise baby! Although my doctor pointed out my ignorance with that. I thought that to prevent pregnancy we just had to be careful around day 14. It worked for 2 years (which she says indicates I was having problems then too.

Anyway, I probably should have stalked more instead of jumping in after one post but I feel I understand Bump culture enough to avoid any huge faux pas. Or you will all be really pissed about the subject line and I’ll need to go on my merry way.

Also, I’ve never had a signature before. I’m hoping it will post correctly (I googled for instructions) but if it’s huge, sorry!!
