hylands baby cough medicine

my friend gave me a sample from her doctors office of Hylands baby cough medicine...I haven't used it but was wondering if any of you ladies have for your lo cough? it says its safe for kids over 6 months

    We've used the cough syrup--it seemed to help LO settle down and sleep when she was coughing and congested recently.  I've also used the Hyland's cold tablets and they seemed to help LO quite a bit!
