What are you doing? 100 mg Clomid + HCG trigger + IUI #5 and TI

GTKY: I notice a lot of pets in signatures. What types of pets do you all have - or - if you don't have pets why don't you have them? We have 2 dogs - a terrier mix and a beagle mix. Their names are Zoey and Ali, and both are rescues from the shelter. They were my Christmas present this year!

What are you doing? Starting 50mg clomid this cycle. Because that can mess with CM, going to hit the green tea and the pomegranate juice as hard as I can. Maybe mucinex if it gets way too thick. Then the regular FF, CM, temps, PNVs. EOD sex until +opk then ED.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? I am scared to be starting the clomid but it's the next step. My P4 (progesterone) 7DPO test showed 5.5 which is pretty crappy. RE thinks "weak ovulation", and if it is, Clomid is what they do. I am just so scared of twins but DH is somehow really freaking excited. Honestly I am excited too, but more because there is a next step now, a plan. Oddly, with that crappy P4 I still had a longer LP than normal at 11. It's only been 10 or 9 days with my other unmedicated cycles. Truthfully I got a bunch of weird super-squinters in my 2WW for the second month and I have to wonder if those were little weak eggs that were trying. Oh well, moving on.

I feel like absolute crap. I'm sure it's a tad of being depressed for CD1, but it's also giant sore boobs, and bloating like I have never experienced in my life. Hope the bloating is gone before the cramps start.

What are you doing? OPKs, temping/charting, PNV, EOD sex

Rants/raves/chart stalks? OPK was definitely darker this morning, I'll test again in a couple hours. Not quite positive, but between that and my CM, it really feels like my body is gearing up to O. Also, random hooray for the switch to temping vaginally--aside from one or two rogue temps, my temps are significantly more consistent this month. Woot.

GTKY: I notice a lot of pets in signatures. What types of pets do you all have - or - if you don't have pets why don't you have them? I'll take David Tennant as a pet. Ha! Anyway, we have two cats. One cranky orange tabby tom, and a sweet little part-Siamese kitty. We think of the former as H's, the latter as mine, so you can tell I'm biased.

What are you doing? Peeing on all the sticks, FF, BBT, Green Tea, PNV, trying to be healthy, will start more FWP this week and really HIO next weekend during FW for a verrrrrrrryyyyy Happy V Day!

@englandxo sorry about H turning you down...that might be the worst rejection ever. hopefully you see evidence of O soon so you can get a break.
@bostonbaker my H tried to make me feel bad for drinking and our first month TTC, he made me go without any alcohol...and here we are 9 months later. I'm not giving up alcohol completely until I'm pregnant because I enjoy having wine and beverages here and there. I had my H go with me to my OBGYN and ask those questions. She said that having a drink isn't going to matter because you don't share any blood with the baby until 6 weeks. She just recommended not getting drunk.

What are you doing? Temping. Will start OPK's and preseed around CD 8.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Nothing really. I'm finding that while TTD my period is my least "crazy" time of the month instead of the most-- since the rest of the time I'm either freaking out about having lots of sex or freaking out wondering if I'm KU.

GTKY: I notice a lot of pets in signatures. What types of pets do you all have - or - if you don't have pets why don't you have them? I have two kittehs. A 5 year old massive black cat (she weights 18 lbs), and a 6 month old grey little boy.

What are you doing? Trying for EOD sex, temping, OPKs

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Several people in my office is in a bad mood and/or sick lately. I think it partly has to do with the winter and the foot of snow we got yesterday, but it's getting old. We live in New England, snow is not a new thing!

We have 2 cats, with the craziest of personalities. Our older cat is Sir Elliot, a tuxedo cat who is about as chill as can be. He purrs at the vet because he is so happy to be alive. Our younger cat, Stella, is a tortoiseshell. She is absolutely bonkers. She is still in the kitten stage and has one volume: loud! Luckily DH loves the cats, otherwise it would be really annoying to be woken up by Stella every morning as she sits on his nightstand and yells.

DH had his SA done...numbers were great! 5% and 150 million..i think is what the dr said....So now its my turn...I will have my blood drawn Monday to check progesterone levels for ovulation...then I'll have an HSG....I'm sooo super nervous! To be honest, I kinda wishes it was just low sperm count or something simple and fixable with DH...I kinda feel some type of way that it just might be ME!

amylee545 Never thought of it that way... Haha! I call him Tower Climber because he climbs cellular and radio towers as a profession. Neither of us are tall (sorry future children) so it has nothing to do with our height or anatomy. I just despise the term "darling husband" and wanted to find something else to call him other than his name.
