GTKY: Yesterday's wedding posts had me wondering, were you active on the Knot when you were wedding planning? Kind of. I posted a little at first, but then mostly read. Some ppl are freaking crazy. I was on weddingbee more, there were some very honest ladies over there with some heated debates. It was awesome.

Kind of funny, last night DH and I HIO and afterwards he was all proud of himself and said "So, there's no way you can get pregnant from that?" and I said "Unless I O in the next 4 days, probably not" (I tend to have longer cycles so I probably won't O until CD 20-something) anyways, he was super bummed... he's so cute.

GTKY: Yesterday's wedding posts had me wondering, were you active on the Knot when you were wedding planning? I was, but not as active as I am on here. I mostly just posted on my "local board" which wasn't very active but mostly just posted about vendor opinions.

What are you doing? EOD, temping

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Yesterday, my urologist tells me I have a cyst the size of a golf ball near my left ovary, but refuses to tell me anything more about whether its possible it could be affecting my fertility/miscarriages. I understand telling me to follow up with my OB/Gyn about it, but why even have me come in for an appointment if all he's going to tell me is after a minor surgical procedure, ultrasounds, a CT scan and X-rays, he still has no idea why I keep getting UTIs, oh and by the way I have a big cyst.

I lurked on the knot, but I never really posted on the boards. I spent a shameful amount of time purusing the knot and other similar sites long before I was engaged.

What are you doing? Still drinking coffee and pouting.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Rave - I've had no cramps this cycle (so far). It's glorious. I mean, i had some light cramps last saturday and sunday, but nothing like my usual where I just want to curl up with a heating pad and cry.

What are you doing? Temping, CM checks, PNV, Pom Juice, Eating healthier, cutting down on caffeine and alcohol, Sex

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Wahhhh! My temps have not spiked but my CM has said I'm in my FW since Friday. Tower Climber and I are HIO but I'm getting exhausted! Took the night off last night in hopes of recharging. I always thought my ovulation happened on track, but this month it is a little later than expected. We shall see! Got two rising temps, not sure if that is a build up or not. Wondofos will be here tomorrow. Can't wait to pee all over those to get another indicator.

GTKY: Yesterday's wedding posts had me wondering, were you active on the Knot when you were wedding planning? : We planned our wedding in two months, so I didn't spend time on any of the boards. I did look at the checklist to see what I was forgetting, but we didn't have many of the things big weddings had. We did a ceremony at a local farm and a reception at Tower Climber's husbands house. over 300 people and a delicious pig roast. It was low key and delightful!

What are you doing? just PNV and green tea now... AF should end tomorrow or the day after... then i'll get back to temping, OPKs, POM juice, and sex

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Taking a break from charting during AF and its glorious... although, I do this every month, and takes me a few days to get back into it once AF ends. Also, my rave for the day... DH has a snow day from work!!!! And it just so happens that it's my day off too!!!! I'm beyond psyched. Now only if this would happen during my damn FW!!!

GTKY: Yesterday's wedding posts had me wondering, were you active on the Knot when you were wedding planning? YES. I got married on Cape Cod and was very active on that board. I found all my vendors from recommendations from people. I'm so glad I did it that way. I had AWESOME vendors because of it, and I booked people with knowing that they came highly recommended by multiple people. Just knowing that they had great reputations was great peace of mind. And then, of course, being the crazy wedding planner that I was, posted and helped a lot of people too in return. I still go on every once in a while to recommend my vendors and other stuff if people are posting looking for guidance.

What are you doing? Temping, checking cm, opks and CBE digital ovulation tests, preseed, baby asprin, and starting pineapple core today.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Had peak yesterday and today and a positive opk yesterday. Today's was dark but not positive anymore. I'm having o pains today still so pretty sure it's O day. Had a dip this morning with my temp which usually happens, so hopefully I'm moving to 2WW tomorrow. I think I O'd 4 days early so yay for that. Hoping to HIO again tonight to give us O-3, O-1 and O.

@YellowBag-I'm sorry that your doctor isn't being very helpful! It's so frustrating to be told you have something going on in your body, but to not be told how it will affect you or what's causing it!! I think you definitely have a right to demand some answers and I hope you get them soon!

Rants/raves/chart stalks? My LP has randomly started lengthening all on it's own. Not really a rant, just think it's weird.

I was super active on my local board, I was even the MOD for awhile and was pretty active on my month board as well. I skipped thenest though and came straight to thebump.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? Just annoyed. I usually O between day 17 - 19. Last month was day 19 and I got a pos OPK on day 18. Today was neg on day 18. I feel off. No CM yet, no O cramps, etc. I think I'm starting to get stressed which is effing with my cycle. I wish I could just chill. Ughhhhhh. Rant over.

GTKY: Yesterday's wedding posts had me wondering, were you active on the Knot when you were wedding planning? Nah - I don't even remember if I posted at all. I know I was a member so maybe a little, but DH and I got married in Mexico with only 7 guests (all immediate family), then threw a big bash at a wine bar when we got home from the honeymoon. So awesome and very little stress involved!

CD: 23, blah, feel like I live on the WTO threads

What are you doing? I should O on Friday/Saturday if my pattern holds from last month, so HIO until then. Hubs and I both have a snow day today, but he chose the PS4 over sex for DD's morning nap, so hopefully he'll shift gears this afternoon.

Rants/raves/chart stalks? I'm just in the obsessively-studying-my chart-from-last-month phase of this cycle. So far it's eerily similar, which means I'm almost positive I'm O-3 or 4 today. We will see.

I made the mistake of posting once the ONE time I felt stressed during wedding planning (loved all of it) and I hadn't lurked before. I got a little (probably deserved) snark and never went back. My temps are kind of weird so far. I have really consistent temps from month to month but not this month apparently. I have a feeling the CP last cycle is to blame. But as long as I see a clear shift I guess it doesn't matter.

@j3nnyb I don't have the VIP membership and I'm fine without it. I'm not sure I'd use the extra features much. If I ever decide I need it, then I'll sign up, but for now I'm fine without it

@yellowbag how frustrating! Hope you get answers soon. Did they give any recommendations on what to do next for the UTIs?

@kap617 what bad timing, seems this cold/flu season is taking a toll on everyone. Hope he feels up to it at least a couple of days!

@jleigh814 Nope. Not a thing. I consistently had a 10 day LP for a year, my first cycle post MC was only 8 days, then 2nd cycle AL back to 10. Then randomly the next cycle was 11, last cycle at my best guess was 12 (I had a stomach bug and didn't temp right at O so can't confirm) and now this cycle is looking to be 12 as well granted AF shows today.

I couldn't believe how crazy a lot of the people seemed. This coming from someone who didn't really care about 95% of the details of my wedding. @Ducktale-- Since the first time I saw the urologist I been taking an antibiotic every day we have sex to try to prevent more infections. It seems to be working, but I'm not sure that's a permanent solution.

@oursecretelopement I think CD 9 is a good place start. If it's your first month with OPKs, and you have a bunch of tests like Wondfos, you might even think about starting earlier to get a comprehensive view of your cycle. I did this and it helped me.
