Pottery barn embroidery question

DD has the anywhere chair. It's about 10 months old and I've washed the slipcover maybe 6 times? She really only started using it recently. I just took it out of the wash and noticed a string of pink coming from the J in her name. When I looked closely I can see that the stitching is starting to unravel in part of the J. I'm going to call customer service in the am but I was wondering if anyone experienced this with pottery barn stuff and what the outcome was.

They are usually good about replacing stuff. I have heard that the denim covers hold up really well. I think they're ugly so I didn't buy one, but several people have told me they look new after years. ETA: In case you wanted a new one that would hold up better.

Yes, I was able to get a whole new chair. They were great about it.
