  Tonight I'm making Italian Beef Stew {beef stew with Italian spices and fresh basil} and tomorrow is teriyaki salmon with sriracha cream sauce {made with greek yogurt and condensed milk?!}, brown rice and steamed broc.

  BLTs unless we decide to go out to Chili's. Kids eat free on Tuesdays and then we get the two for $20 deal. Cheap meal for sit down!

  We are doing taco Tuesday also. We love tacos but haven't had them since dd was about 2 months old. Everytime I ate them she fussed all night. Saturday night I had one and no problems. My boys are so happy for tt to be back after 10 months.

  Our big meal of the day is lunch and I made chili rubbed pork tenderloin with apricot glaze and served it with acini, green beans and orange peppers.  For dinner DD and I are going to a friend's house for white chicken chili.

  well i guess we're doing taco tuesday too i have cilantro in the fridge (to make copycat Chipotle's lime cilantro rice), avocados were on sale, & pintos in the pantry (on sale a few weeks ago, so easy to make "refried" beans), & chips in the pantry. got some $1.99/lb chicken breasts at the grocery store to boil & shred. we're on a kick, we do some sort of mexican 2x per week!
