  • I'm number five and have never had a push present. I think a baby is present enough.

I put the HoBo Be on my wish list for when the baby is a little older too.

  • I currently have a Kate Spade Stevie (PIP) but I think I'm going to get a new, more colorful one so I can switch them out.

What do you think of the Stevie? I'm in love with one of the patterned ones but have no experience to draw from! TIA!

I would go with the BFF over the Be All (or the updated Betterbe) just because it seems like people get tired of the flap.  I also never thought that I would use the backpack straps when I got the bag, but now I use them exclusively with my toddler.  The BFF hangs really well off the back of the stroller and I love the mommy pocket and the cell phone pocket.

  • I was looking at a Skip Hop Studio- but I can't bear to lay down the cash for what I really want... A Ju Ju Be BFF. *le sigh*
I had the skip hop studio and didn't care for it. It was just too big for me and I felt like for how bulky it was, I didn't have a ton of room. Get the BFF! Or some other sort of backpack. So much easier.
Backpack??? No thanks. :) I don't do backpacks unless I'm in school. :) I'm a purse/tote gal. :) If I got the BFF, I'd never use the straps.
I understand this mentality...however, lugging an infant carrier and other "baby" stuff sometimes means you need hands and arms free. Backpacks are easier than something slung on your shoulder that can slide off. I also found it better for baby wearing, if you're going to do that, because again...with the carrier on it's hard to have something just hanging on one shoulder.

  • When DS was born, I got a PPB one and loved it. It was the perfect size. DH got the Diaper Dude. With twins on the way and DS potty training right now, I want one of the PBK ones (the biggest tote). I think they are so cute!!!

  • My last child was a boy and I wanted a "boy looking" diaper bag.  I found one I loved at Land's End...and it held up fabulously!  He outgrew needing a diaper bag before it wore out!    I didn't even have to splurge on it because my sister-in-law heard me talking about it and got me a gift card for a shower gift.  This one is a girl...and as I am an avid quilter... I am going to make one!  I have several patterns that I am going to utilize to "design" one with exactly what I want in the exact fabrics that I want... and it won't cost that much!
  • So we got our tax return back... I'm splurging and getting a custom diaper bag made on etsy. Thanks for the idea!  I should get in four to six weeks. Glad I'm ordering it now!
