Me and my husband will be married two years in a month and I've been talking to him on and off this winter about starting a family this summer. He has agreed and were both on the same page. It may seem odd but I take prenatal vitamins as my multi v so I'm covered with that. But as far as anything else trying to have a baby goes I'm clueless. We want to start trying in June. Should I see my gyno a month before? Two months before? Should I start reading baby books? Should I be doing anything with my nutrition to help in the conseption? Are there books or bibles about all this? Am I crazy that I'm planing five months ahea of time? Lol
Re: Totally clueless
You can read any book you want. A popular one for TTC is "Taking Charge of your Fertility."
As far as nutrition, you can continue doing what you're doing. It's good to take prenatals before you actually tart TTC because you want the folic acid to build up.
I would start temping and checking your CM soon so that you can get to know your cycle.
