Ours is pretty boring. I am still trying to empty out the freezer. I pinned a bunch of new recipes I am excited to try in the near future so I hope for more exciting meals next week
Sun- ?? DH decided this morning that he wants to eat out. I'm hoping the non-sports restaurants are not packed. Mon- spaghetti and meatballs Tues - chicken parmigiana Wed - leftovers Thur - Quesadillas with chips and salsa Fri - pizza, I'm trying PW's pizza dough this time.
@chapter79 it's a think I just made up one night, but I can definitely tell you how I did it.
Take a small can of chipotle peppers in adobo, dump all of the liquid into a bowl. Add brown sugar to (I eyeballed it but would say maybe 2tbsp to start) and stir until you get a consistency similar to almost a thin paste. You can add water if you need to. Then dump your pork chops into a gallon size storage bag, dump in your sauce/paste mixture, drop in 2 or 3 peppers, depending on the heat level you want, and shake/squish/turn your bag around until your pork chops are coated. Refrigerate for at least one hour, cook any way you like, enjoy!
Thank you so much! My H looooves chipotle anything, definitely gonna make this next week
Last night - beef stew and biscuits Tonight - frozen pizza and salad Monday - Chicken, garlic pasta, broccoli Tuesday - Mini quiches, bacon, some type of bread or biscuits Wednesday - baked ziti and salad Thursday - leftover baked ziti Friday - meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas and corn

@cherryblossom07 don't use pw's pizza dough. It's not worth it. Use this. It makes two big pizzas, but you can easily freeze half. Trust me! Prep it the night before. It's like zero work, and tastes heavenly!
Meal plan:
Bbq pulled chicken sandos Greek chicken and smashed potatoes Breakfast for dinner Beef stew and no knead bread Caesar salad with grilled chicken
Sun: beef brisket w salad Mon: peanut stew w chicken and sweet potatoes Tues: bolognase w ground pork Wed: beef stir fry w peppers and tomatoes Thurs: take out Fri: shrimp w rice noodles
No idea. I want to have this baby and not worry about cooking.
Tonight is enchiladas, tomorrow is probably pork roast and then we may be back to spaghetti. It's going to be a boring week in these parts.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!
We are about to head out, but I will post it for you tonight when we get back. It is in a recipe book that I need to find, unfortunately not an online link.
I lied - I just found it online. We have the cookbook this is from, but she has a website with the recipes too. You learn something new everyday. :-) I just make one 9x5 loaf, opposed to the 2 small loaves it says the recipe makes. It turns out great!
@meglew- thanks for posting links! That slow cooker thai chicken soup sounds SO good. I just saved it! And I make that shredded BBQ chicken here, we love it.

I love the soup! Even DH said that we should add it in the rotation after I made it the first time. I do add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to up the flavor a bit. It also freezes well, if you are so inclined. I usually serve over jasmine rice, but I want to try serving with thai noodles next time. It really does taste like pad thai in soup form. Yummy.
Yes, thanks, @meglew! Those breakfast bacon cups looks delicious and easy. My H loves bacon so those will be a hit here. I bookmarked that for when he is back from his work trip
