Gap Jeans

Hello,
Has anyone bought Gap maternity jeans? Mine are a little loose (which is weird since I feel like their sizing is a size smaller than what I wear). I am wondering if they shrink a little after the first wash in cold. If not, then I might wash in hot. Thanks!

    Yes they run big. I'm wearing a size smaller that my usual. Makes for a happy pregnant lady ;)

    So do they shrink? Wondering if I should wash in cold (if they normally shrink a little) or hot (to try to make them shrink).

    They run big and they don't shrink. But it does make you feel skinny :) and they are my fav brand if maternity jeans, mostly for length.

    I was told buy them tight because they stretch and don't shrink. Bought mine a size smaller and they are perfect.

    I was in between sizes at Gap pre pregnancy and decided to go with the smaller size for my long and leans- and honestly, I could have gone a size smaller than that. Mine did shrink a bit but they stretch out so fast. I put them in the dryer after each wear and wear a belly band under them instead if over for now, it helps them stay up. I didn't wear them with my first pregnancy and despite all I just said they are my favorite.

    Having the same problem! I'm going to return mine but I was so excited for a comfy pair of jeans and then they were huge.

    Pretty sure it is a marketing ploy because I'd be damned if I didn't buy two pairs because I felt so small downsizing! Also helped they were on sale for $20

    I just bought another pair of Gap maternity since I LOVED mine last time around but they ripped at the upper thigh/crotch area (almost always happens with Gap jeans but I still love them). I was surprised that the new pair I ordered were so big. My old ones in the exact same size are much smaller. This must be a new marketing ploy! I would order a size down for sure.
