I am originally from Pennsylvania, but currently living in Kansas City. It has been pretty cold, but barely any snow. I'm not sure how I feel about this...

Kansas City here too!!!
Love it! I've been keeping my eyes open for another KC mama..look forward to getting to know you!
ChelseaElizabeth614 I went to school at Midwestern Baptist Seminary in Kansas City for 2 years and lived just outside of Smithville for a year. Great place! My hubby and I will be living in Topeka, Kansas here in a couple months (currently in Virginia because he's in the army) which is only about an hour from Kansas City. Great places to live!

That's funny, we are in Kansas City for seminary as well. DH goes to Nazarene Theological Seminary. We do love it here so far!
Late to the game here ...wer but from the Boston area. It's a balmy 43 degrees outside now! This literally feels like 60 after the weather we've had. Last week it barely went above 20 degrees!
I'm in WV where it was -5 on Tuesday and now it's 60 today. We're getting ready to walk DD to the park to play and enjoy some nice weather before the snow comes back!
I'm in Indiana where it is freezing cold!! We have about 2 inches of snow and yesterday we had a high of 40... Btw Indiana makes no sense!

I'm a little behind on this one. I've been in PA all my life, right between Pittsburgh and Erie. The last couple days have felt like a heat wave so it's been nice. Looking like we are going to get slammed with snow again this week though, I don't mind too much!
Texas here! Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, which is the southern most tip of Texas, and I'm currently living in Houston. Been here a year and half now, and I hate the cold!!! Where I'm from winter lasts for 2 weeks and we might hit the 50s and the rest of the year is summer. This freezing/nearly freezing shit has got to go! Gimme my sun back!! I need the heat!
Far (very far) NW suburb of Chicago - and I'm happy to see a couple other Chicago moms! My DD's BMB had only one other Chicago mom and we never clicked...but I do have my awesome ladies in WI who are my BFF's!
I'm in NW Ohio and it's really fucking cold! The temp has been hanging around the zero degree mark with below zero wind chill. We've pretty much been cooped up in the house since New Year's. It sucks.
@mel689 I lived in NW ohio for 21 years! Are you near BG?
I live in west texas now and it has been pretty nice. No snow, just some wind with our 40-50 degree weather!

@sjb2419 Yep! About 30 minutes North. Straight up 75.
I'm from south central PA. We had 8 inches of wet snow on Monday, followed by more snow and a .25 inch coating of ice last night. So our power is out and won't be restored until Friday evening or Saturday morning. We're camped out at my mom's house.
I'm in northern Kentucky. We got some snow then sleet and ice Tuesday night. I guess we're about to get some more snow this weekend! I don't mind the cold as long as it's snowing
I'm in East Central Indiana. The weather here sucks ass. My car is currently hiding under a good 7-8 inches of ice and snow and I have no interest in cleaning it off right now.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
@EllyD14 - HOW did I miss your BFP? Did you post in TTGP? Do I just suck and didn't see it?
I posted it at like 1:30 this morning. lol

Northern Lower Michigan here. Winter is hell here this year. Its a whopping 9 degrees right now. Gloomy gray skies and light snow. Our first snowfall was in October this year, so safe to say I'm a bit over it already..
I'm another Texas mama. I live in the DFW area where it's currently snowing (umm what?), but I lived outside Chicago for a few years so cold is no biggie.
