You can help him get started by pushing him up on his elbows if his neck is strong enough for that. If his face isn't planted on the blanket he won't be as angry. Or you can do that move on a yoga ball. Get behind him on the ball and roll towards a mirror.. As you roll the ball farther, he'll work harder.

My baby is unpredictable. Sometimes he loves tummy time, other times he will scream immediately. He does spend a lot of time laying on me, and he can lift/hold his head.
