Stupid DH's Work

His boss wants him to go on a business trip November 16-19. Um, that's like a week before my due date! His boss knows when I'm due. How does anyone think this is a good idea?

I'm sorry that really sucks! Can he say no or find someone else to go for him? How far away is the trip - can he get home easily if he needs to?

Horrible idea.  I can't believe his boss is even suggesting it.  There has to be someone else that can go.

My DH is talking to his boss right now. It would be a plane ride and then a two hour drive. DH feels torn, because he doesn't want to leave right now, but he is up for a promotion in January, so he wants to make a good impression with his boss.

I can't believe his boss suggested it. He has young children too.
