This is our first. Before I got pregnant, I wanted a boy first and hubby wanted a girl first. Now we have switched! I am leaning girl, and he is leaning boy (or boy/girl twins... haha).
I don't really mind -- it's our second and plan on three. I'd like to have at least one girl though, because I am close to my mom and love the relationship. I feel like I might miss that if I don't have a daughter. I'm also quite girly and get excited shopping for friends who have girls lol so....if this isn't a little girl, hopefully #3 but I will be quite fulfilled and busy should I be granted to raise 3 boys !
This is our second and I am pulling for a boy. The main reason is that there are zero boys in my family. My grandparents had 3 daughters, those daughters had 5 daughters and I have 1 dd. family holidays are tough with all that estrogen.
I have gone back and forth on this really. I think I woudl like a girl just so we could have one of each, but really if it is a boy, I think that would be great too. DH thinks it is a girl, I think it is another boy. Guess we will see.
I really want another girl. I have a DD-9 and a DS-3. So, I would love another girl, lots of boys in our family. Plus, all the gender predictors online said I am gonna have a girl, LOL!!!
I love the idea of having three little boys, but I would be lying if I didn't say that I do want a girl. I will be happy either way, but if I had my pick, I would pick girl.
Boy. I'd love to give DH a son - he is so close to his father and has a lot of memorabilia, antique trains etc that he wants to hand down. Of course he can give them to our daughters, but I know it's not the same....
Mom to Abigail & Liliana -- Identical Twin Girls -- April 2008 Baby #3 due September 12, 2014!
This is our first and I honestly don't care what it is as long as it is healthy. But DH and I (along with everyone that knows) think its a girl! And of course we only have a boy name picked!
We are both hoping for a boy -- it would be the only grandson on his side of the family. I'm ok with either, but do think I would be a better boy's mom as I've never been into girly girly things and I'm sure my daughter would love all things pink and "princessy".
This is #6 and we have five girls so we assume it will be another girl. This is a hard question though to answer bc we will clearly be happy either way but also scary if it's a boy. Even though we've always wanted one - at this point we only really know girls. I think I changed my nephews diaper once (15 years ago!)
I would be happy either way. I think it would be awesome id DD had a little sister close to her age, I always wanted a sister and never had one. I also would really like to have a son tho. We plan to have several more kids so I'll be happy with whatever we get, tho I would like to have at least one of each by the time we are done.
We are team green this time and have no gender preference. This pregnancy is more similar to what I experienced with my daughter than my son, so I think that I'm having a girl.
Honestly, I don't think I have a preference. I keep saying it's a girl to mess with SO. He is over here basically trying to will the baby into being a boy.

I have always wanted a boy and a girl, so this time I would prefer a boy. Of course I wouldn't mind a girl since I have a lot of girl stuff already. DH really wants a boy this time. He says there are too many females in our house lol.
Either! I've always wanted my first to be a boy and my husband was certain he'd have girls... Then it took so long to get pregnant I dropped all notion of anything according to plan : )
I have referred to the baby as "he/him" several times...Then again I have said "they/them" also, which caught me off guard. Let's just hope it's me rambling!
Re: Boy or Girl
This time though, we really don't care. Another girl would be lovely, but so would a little boy.
If it's a boy we will both be thrilled but probably scared since our lives revolve around a little girl.
Can't wait to find out...in September!
