I got the all clear from my doctor last week, so after I got my paraguard put in we finally DTD. We used a TON of lube and everything was going great until we switched to doggie. I had to stop and switch back to a more comfortable position. Anyone else have this problem with certain positions hurting worse than others?

Yes. I'm still scared to try doggie since I tore right near my clitoris (tmi? Sorry.). Any position that rubs or potentially rubs near that area freaks me out cause it doesn't feel good. I'm hoping it returns to normal soon.

Everything hurts. The only position that doesn't hurt is lying down asleep...therefore that is what I choose.

Yes certain positions hurt and others are fine. I'm glad I started my period so I get a break. DH was so excited when we got the OK. Give me a break! Felt like hell at first. Plus I had so many cervix checks and stuff at the hospital that I absolutely HATE foreplay now.

Yeah the only position that didn't hurt was boring old missionary.

I was unable to O (tmi) cuz we couldn't do any positions that "got the spot".

Question: hopefully not thread jacking too much. How does it hurt everyone? I'm had a csection, so I didn't think it would hurt too much...but I tried the other day, and it felt like a scratching type pain even with much lube...which surprised me. I figured it would be a soreness like going too deep.

Doggie has not felt good since having ds1. Sorry, I know that sucks but for some reason I've never been able to enjoy it since having kids.

I had a csection after pushing for 2 hours, and the first time felt like loosing my virginity, he still isn't able to put it in all the way. It just feels very uncomfortable and tight. But he says it feels regular to him, idk if he's trying to be nice or what.

We did missionary and doggie. For doggie the only thing that hurt was my abdominal muscles since I haven't been using them it felt like rug burn. Besides that it was tight but not to bad. I have a csection.

I don't quite know how to describe it, but I'll try ... It's kind of like the first time ish, but hurts more IMO. Also because of where I tore, if DH hits the scar tissue it hurst bad and feel like I never want my clit touched ever again. So I'm really hoping I go back to normal soon. It's weird though because like clit stimulation without penetration is fine, but if there's penetration and he hits it wrong I'm like NOPENOPENOPENOPE.

I would describe it as a scratching pain too. We used a lot of lube, but the pain still never went away. That is weird though that it hurts for you after having a c section.

Honestly, it felt like this while pregnant. I figured it was the extra blood flow they say goes there. Anyway, it sounds like this is the normal crappy sex that will go away soon. I just hate that it's not gone yet...I'm glad that I'm not the only one with this sensation...but sad that there are many of us with crap sex right now.

I had a clitoral tear too. Lube that area up very well too so he glides against it rather than dry skin on dry skin rubbing and catching. Actually, just fill your bath tub with olive oil and do it in there. Safer that way.

I had a second degree tear and reverse cowgirl is the best position we've found so far. We've had to try several positions to make it work.
