At home workout

Since I'm not cleared to go to the gym yet I've been trying to do some easy body weight exercises at home a couple times a week, until my 6 week checkup.
I just did this one (while E is napping) and liked it a lot. It was tough, but I was able to get through it twice. Took me half an hour.
Thought is share incase any of you are looking for workouts to do at home!

  • Thanks for sharing! The most I usually do is 20 squats when I accidentally see my thighs in the mirror after I shower :)

    No problem! I totally get what you mean.. I was definitely not prepared for what pregnancy would do to my body, but I'm determined to get back to where I was!

     

  • I'm so excited I just found a free boot camp at a park by my house on Saturday mornings. I'm so ready to be in shape. This is a cool at home routine.
