This was/is my first forum experience I haven't "anonymously" talked to anyone since the old days of AOL chatrooms. Do you ladys belong to other online forum sites besides this one?

I've been on a private off board since 2010 that is comprised mostly of moms from tb who had babies back in 2008 and 2009. We didn't have month board back then, only tri boards. Off boards were really popular to get away from tb's restrictions. I actively started posting on tb again when I started trying to get pregnant.

I used to be on reddit a lot. Then I got a new phone and couldn't remember my password and I never bothered to get a new one. It's pretty much just the bump for me these days.

I've done this whole site in phases - joined The Knot in 2008 shortly before our wedding, migrated to The Nest, and then The Bump in 2011 when I got my BFP with DS1.

My BMB with DS1 has moved to a private FB group so I'm in that too. This was done maybe a year ago so our LOs were around 1.
My wedding/anniversary board is the same - private group on FB.

I, uhh, "met" my DH on ICQ. $:\$ "> I tell people I met him through a friend, because, technically, it's true. My friend met him on there, then got me to join, and I started talking to him one night and then 7 months later, I finally agreed to meet him (but made the same friend go along with me!). Straight up 1999, yo!!

I joined The Knot in 2004 when we got married, refused to leave P&E, even after I was married and was "supposed" to move over to The Nest, finally joined The Nest when I was pregnant with Elijah, but then The Bump was formed (pretty sure that's how it all evolved, that was a long time ago and I can't even remember what I did yesterday!!), now here I am.
