Hi ladies - I always used CJ's when I CDed my son and loved it though he hardly ever got rashes. My DD, however, has eczema which I think makes her rashes worse and more frequent, especially in the winter. CJ's just doesn't seem to be cutting it for her. I tried coconut oil also, which hasn't really helped (I accidentally got the refined, most people say to get the unrefined...but others have said it doesn't matter).
Can anyone suggest what they use? I feel like I need something more "medicated" when her rashes get bad. I have to put disposables on when that happens, with Triple Cream or Desitin. If I could find something that would work well with cloth, that'd be ideal.
Thanks!

Re: Need new diaper cream recs, please!
I've never tried waxelene or goat's milk lotion since G's skin issues are fairly minor. I will say for non-eczema related rashes we LOVE Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm. I've never had to use it for more than 24 hours before his rashes clear up. In the early days, he had some rashes that even Desitin or Triple Paste wouldn't clear up, but EMAB did.
I will say if you use too much EMAB you can get some minor staining/build up on CDs though. You only need a little dab!
@Mandmeesh, do you use the goats milk lotion in the diaper area too, or only for eczema on the rest of the skin?
