Baby shower today PIP

So my shower was today and it went very well despite my nerves I was having earlier about drama between my mom and MIL & SIL. Everybody got along well and we got some awesome stuff. The best was when my SIL gave my husband a daddy doody list, diaper changing toolbelt and a baseball hat with a mobile attached to keep baby occupied during diaper changes. Lol. MIL also gave us an outfit that belong to DH as a baby, it was this little cowboy denim outfit with matching booties. I don't think I will ever use it (since it's circa 1977) but it's cute as a keepsake. So here are some pics:

    Sounds like you had a lovely time, and how nice that your DH was included. I'd take a photo of the baby in his vintage outfit, at least. :) 

    Cute cake!

    ETA: It makes me feel good when I see other parents' birthdays from the 70s. This board rocks for that reason - I fit right in. :)

    Glad you had a fun and successful shower with no drama! Gives me hope for mine (I have some IL issues as well). Did you have the shower at an Elks Lodge? I noticed the clock...my husband is an Elk. lol

    Yeah my stepdad was exhaulted ruler of his lodge twice so my mom was able to get the room for free. Some of the members even helped serve the food which was nice. We had my bridal shower there too.

    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.
