Eczema Relief Suggestions

my five month old baby has pretty bad eczema. I went to the pediatrician and they gave me a steroid. I’m really worried about using the steroid as I read it could hinder development. Any suggestions out there to help my babies itchy eczema?  or any stories about your babies eczema journey? Would like to know what I might need to prepare for. Thank you.

Try baby Aquaphor 3x a day , make sure if you’re not bathing him everyday wipe him down with a wet clean towel to avoid blocking his pours before applying . Warm oatmeal bath as well helps a lot and use baby sensitive body wash . We use dove sensitive baby

Try whipped tallow. Game changer for my 4 month old and I started using goats milk soap for baths.
