I used to hate cooking on the weekends but lately, I'd rather cook on Saturday and Sunday than Friday so Friday is now take out day. I'm over it after the work week I guess!

This is my first full week back to work after maternity leave for baby #2, so I'm keeping my expectations low this week. Monday- leftover vegi chili that I made Sunday Tuesday- brown rice with wilted greens and goat cheese Wednesday- mini quiches and salad Thursday- spaghetti and salad Friday- frozen pizza
I meal plan and shop on Saturdays, so I don't know what I'm making this weekend yet.
