HAPPY FRIDAY, MY LADIES!

I've had the most stressful, shitty, exhausting, tiring, energy sucking week EVER. I'm sooooo glad it's almost over!

What are you all up to this weekend? We have soccer (shocking, I know!) tomorrow morning & then we will just be working around the house & getting it ready for our Super Bowl party (GO HAWKS!) next weekend.

Happy Friday! I too am so happy it's finally Friday. Tonight DH and I are going to our friends house with our puppy for a puppy date. We both adopted beagles that are brothers thru a rescue. Tomorrow and the rest of the weekend no real plans as of yet other then just taking it easy as this week was stressful at work for the both of us. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

It's not starting off very good. It's snowing and sleeting here in the south. Yeah no school!!! Seems like fun since this never happens BUT fucking ice everywhere on the ground. I had to walk around the house to check on the pool because it's gurgling and I slipped on this fucking ice and ripped two toe nails off on the concrete. I'm OVER this shit already!

My Mardi Gras group has our party this weekend so I'm decorating but I doubt I'm going since I can't drink or party because I'm doing a medicated cycle.

Grandmother-in-law's 85th birthday party. There will be lasagna and copious amounts of witty banter. Should be a good time other than the drive in this winter wasteland I live in. And our winter started in October this year so needless to say its dragging. Happy Friday bumpies!

My brother is hosting a "Mind over matter" dinner/drinks tomorrow night, consisting of Caribbean style smoked ribs and margaritas with a little bit of Kenny Chesney... we can't stand this cold weather any longer!!!!!

My toes are ok just hurts, I scraped them up good. They have to shut down because they don't have anything to put on the roads for ice. Right now the interstate is closed and the causeway because of ice. When I worked for the govt this happened once and we put gravel/sand on the bridges because that's all we had.

Woohoo Friday! I have to work all weekend, so it will probably be a pajamas and laptop sort of time. But... we're going to Texas Roadhouse tonight so I'm very excited. All of the talk about their glorious rolls has made me crave the place very badly.

(It doesn't take much to make me happy, apparently.)

ETA: Congrats, @krysbb521 on your husband's 1 year smoke-free anniversary! That's a huge accomplishment and something to be very proud of.

I totally agree... I'm in Tennessee also and if we get 1/2 and inch of snow the whole city just shuts down...

My plans for this weekend are to take my youngest to his friends birthday party. I will also be working on my paper which is due Sunday along with the three other assignments.

SHUT UP! That's where we're going!!!!! We were there in 2009, then Cozumel in 2011 and this time we're going back to Riviera Maya and taking the (my step) kids with!!!!!!! I can't wait! I hope you have a fabulous time! I love it there!

Boy are you right with the sex and drugs part!!! I did like it a lot, Leo is amazing. It was a little scary to me because one of my clients (I'm a chemical dependency counselor) told me this week that the movie reminded him how much fun doing drugs was. Yikes.
