I don't know if you've heard of houseparty.com but it's a place that you can get selected to throw parties for different brand/products. If you get excepted they send you a bunch of product to have a party with.
I got selected to do a Hello Pull-Ups, Goodbye Diapers party. They are sending me two packages of pull-ups (boy and girl), noisemakers, reward progress charts, stickers, coupon books.
I am trying to figure out what sort of activities I should have for the kids to do. I have a potty book I was going to read (thinking about getting some more from the library to just have around for them to look at), have a coloring sheet that was related to potty training, free play time in the playroom, and possibly show a potty video (only one I know of is sesame street I believe, I'd have to find it).
I was hoping to have one more activity, maybe a fun and easy game that the kids could win pull-ups doing. I plan on setting aside a certain number of pull-ups per kid in attendance (so that everybody goes home with at least say 5), but thought winning some would be fun. Since they are young I was going to give them one for coloring a picture, sitting on the potty (diapers on or off), two for going potty, that sort of thing.
Also food, the party is from 10-12 and I wasn't planning on serving lunch. I was thinking about having pretzel sticks, pasta salad, maybe some chex mix, blueberries, clementines, juice, and water. Do you think that is enough? Should I add something else?
So to be clear, I'm asking for at least one more 'potty' related activity to do and if I need more food/drink. Thank you for taking the time to read all of that!
Re: Pull-Ups Party Planning Help
Breakfast pastry would be good. Maybe some mini breakfast muffins, easy to make and healthy too.
