Advocates for Women's Health? New to the area...

Hi,

I'm new to Louisville and approx. 5 weeks along with our first. We've only lived here about two months so I am hoping for some help in choosing an OB/GYN, I've been researching doctors in the area and pros/cons to each hospital for labor/delivery all weekend and I think I've settled on Advocates for Women's Health at Norton as my office. Do any of you have experience with these doctors you could share? Best OB there to see? How are they with a more natural birth plan?

I open to other suggestions as well!

Thanks for your help!

  • I had a really great experience with them my first pregnancy! I would highly recommend any doctor in that practice!

  • I have to say I love Dr. Case and the rest of the doctors at Total Woman (Norton Suburban). We had problems trying to conceive and they were caring and quick to find the problem. I am due in 11 days and everything from start to finish has been incredibly smooth. Over half of the woman in my office now go to the practice. Only down fall is they are adding a new woman's pavilion and the construction is a pain. But the new building will be very nice.
  • This is my first, too. I am 11 weeks and I have been going to Dr. Nett. She is amazing. I have some friends whose babies she has delivered and they all loved her. I've heard she's very good with the natural birth plan.
