Tmi post!! Butt problems

So for the last few days I have had a lot of pressure down there. It feels like I have a BM but nothing happens. I never had this with DD but this guy is already 2lbs heavier and sitting much lower than she was so I didn't know anyone had advice for this or if I've just actually lost my mind!!
