I feel the exact opposite about names. Boys are really easy for us, girl names are horrible (mostly because I want people to spell her name and there are so damn many alternate spellings for girls names - some for boys, but it seems worse for girls).

DD will likely be Juliet Anne or Rosalie Anne, though we're still undecided and a black horse name may come up.
If this baby were a boy, he would mostly likely have been Caleb James.
I really like Landon Reid, but all 3 of your suggested names are nice.

So if it's a girl, she gets your last name and if it's a boy, he gets your DH's last name? And then whatever you don't use goes for the middle name?
Will this get confusing if you have another child in the future and then they don't both have the same last name because one is a boy and one is a girl?

Correct, a girl gets my last name and a boy gets DH's last name. We'd continue the naming convention for any other kids. Although, we only want one so it *shouldn't* be a problem.

We never got a clear crotch shot for this little one, so they are only about 80% sure it's a girl. If she comes out as expected, she'll be either Charlize (nn Charlie) Leda (DH's grandma's name) or Fiona Lucile (my grandma's name). For back up in case a weiner appears, we'll use Henry, Eli or Isaac, middle name Axle (family name).
Most likely Sophia Nellie but we're also considering Emma Nellie. And we're open to other ideas. But honestly, I've been calling her Sophia already soooo... lol

If she was a he we would have done Nicholas Lawrence (my grandfather's name), Leif Christopher or Nathan Eric.
Charlotte (Charlie) Mary is our top girls pick as well. Charlotte is a family name on my side, my DH's late father was Charles and Mary was my late grandmother and DH's late mother's name. I'm glad to know someone else thinks it a good match together

It's Hawaiian and it's pronounced LOW-ay. Totally not the look I was going for...I wanted something traditional like Emma or Mary, but we found this online and it's the only name that clicked with both of us. It also said it means "king" but is unisex...let's hope that's true!

Afua and Adwoa are 'day' names--in Ghana they give their kids a day name for the day they were born.
