I thought I would add not eating protein in the morning ensures that I will be hungry again in 45min-1hr. Same thing with low fat dairy products they are almost entirely sugar, or will be shortly after eating them, so I have a sugar crash at 10am... Once I upped my morning protein intake, mu nausea and dizziness went away.
I have this issue too, even when not pregnant. I often wake up hungry and skipping breakfast is not an option. Substantial protein keeps me going much longer than carbs and helps me avoid a mid morning blood sugar drop off. I also feel more awake and alert.
Like @joules235 I need a sufficient amount of protein to get me through the morning so I make eggs just about every day. On weekends I make breakfast sandwiches for DH and I with eggs, cheese, and bacon or some other meat on toast or a bagel.
I have developed a love for Greek yogurt. I am not a yogurt person by nature, and certainly not Greek, but you can't beat the protein so I buy the pricey kind with the exotic flavors and now I love it. Protein FTW!

I love it too! I just make sure to not buy the fat free stuff which is so hard to find, it seems like everything I pick up in the store is fat free...annoying.
Ugh!!!! Why can't stores stock yogurt with fat!?! I hate the fat free stuff, too. I can always find the big tubs in full fat, but the individual ones are so convenient to grab and go. Vent over. Signed, Team Full Fat Dairy Please
I used to make a breakfast sandwich and eat it on the road. i would always switch up what protein was on there. Today we had a breakfast sandwich with Taylor roll. Mmmn, salty goodness!
Taylor ham?! That stuff is a weekend staple for me. Being from NJ has awesome perks and pork roll is one of them lol.
I usually skip breakfast, but since being pregnant I have to have something with a ton of protein otherwise I turn into a raging lunatic a few hours later. Lots of eggs, Greek yogurt and toast with peanut butter for me
I love oatmeal with a fruit, nuts and milk, fage 2 percent with fruit and nuts, bananas, decaf coffee, granola or protein bars, eggs, toast, green tea, cold cereal. I mix it up a lot. I love breakfast!
Peanut butter and banana on toast is my staple. When I am substitute teaching, it's ridiculously quick, super filling, and I can eat it in the car or at my desk and it all sticks together so nothing is going everywhere all over the place

Yum. I love it with stewed apple, walnuts and a tiny bit of honey...
The other day I drove to another grocery store (after doing all my usual shopping elsewhere) just so I could buy 2 of the large tubs of full fat Fage. Once you go (full) fat you wont go back!
But I am an 100% an egg person for breakfast. IMO free range eggs are pretty much the perfect food. My dream is to one day have hens!
On. Sunday nights, I'll quarter apples and throw them in the crockpot on low overnight. I add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice, and whatever frozen berries I have. In the morning, it's the most delicious mush, and I mix it with plain oatmeal or top it on yogurt for the next two weeks! I sometimes do it with crushed pineapple and coconut extract too! I totally recommend!
A small bowl of raisin bran and a cup of organic greek yogurt has been my go to, but sometimes I reward myself with a bagel (with a cup of cottage cheese). Since you're on the run, maybe try some sort of fortified bread and keep yogurt or cottage cheese at the office.
I've been on a big quiche kick lately (pre made, bought from Whole Foods), so sometimes I heat up leftovers in the oven while Im getting ready. It can be a little messy, but I have successfully eaten this during my commute.
I make quiche at the beginning of the week, then pop a piece in the micro. Pretty simple:
1 ready made deep dish pie crust
three eggs
1 1/2 cup of liquid (I do equal parts fat free milk and fat free half and half)
salt and pepper
and then whatever fillings you like, my favs are broccoli and cheddar or spinach and swiss
350 degrees for about 40 minutes and done.
What is fat free half and half?
Half and half is half milk and half cream, I used to love it in my coffee. But far free half and half has the SAME taste and creaminess but no fat. IDK how they do it, but it's good stuff.

BTW, you can use any liquid you want. My mom uses equal parts full fat milk and heavy cream, I just find it more calorie-laden that way. HTH
I've been having an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut butter and the Vega One vanilla chai nutritional shake mix made with almond milk. I've been having this same breakfast for almost a year now and still look forward to it every morning.
