It's been so much fun getting to know you ladies. On Friday I started spotting red blood. I went to OB triage where the u/s shows what appeared to be a small gestational sac. I was supposed to be 6w3d and I measured maybe 5w. Hcg was 1623. Today (52 hrs later) my hcg was only 1926. OB called to say I'm haunt one of three possibilities. 1) I'm having a missed miscarriage and will have a drop in hcg on weds. 2) I'm having an ectopic and she will assume it is this and give me methotrexate if my hcg continues to rise/plateau. 3) and most unlikely I have a vanishing twin and will see a dramatic increase in hcg come weds. Obviously hoping for #3 but fully prepared to miscarry. I wish all of you a happy and healthy 9 months. Good luck and thank you for all of your support these last few weeks!

Bleeding 1/17/14 with LO showing 10 days smaller.
NMC 1/26/14
Continued trying every month. Began seeing RE 7/2014.
12/2/14 got first Rx for Clomid for following cycle.
12/3/14 BFP!!!
No heartbeat at 8w4d. D&C scheduled for Jan 7, 14

I am so sorry to hear this. Obviously, I hope you all the best and that the answer is #3, even if this isn't the most likely...
Depending what you need, the loss boards here helped me better understand the process as I was going through it.
I really hope that you will get good news but, in case you don't, please know there are people thinking about you.
