I would have to say I hate picking up dog poop or matching socks. Putting away anything or cleaning my closet is my next "not favorite". I love cleaning out the fridge and mopping floors. My totes favorite is shampooing our carpets... it's like therapy.
I HATE getting gas in the car. I also hate filing/organizing papers, bills, etc. I wish I liked that more because it always looks so much better when there's not a pile of papers sitting there.
@jdoud77: I CANNOT stand the diaper pail. Gross! I need to be better. If my husband didn't do it I would probably just take each and every diaper out to the garbage outside.
I hate putting laundry away, scrubbing the stove and bathtub, and vacuuming. I also hate cleaning out the fridge, and I'm terrible at organizing bills and mail.
I enjoy sweeping, mopping, putting dishes away, dusting, general straightening/putting things away. And I don't hate cleaning the bathroom.
Pretty much all cleaning, unless I'm am mad about something ... then it's therapy. But my most hated are mopping/sweeping and dishes if they haven't been rinsed and stacked first.
I hate washing dishes. Growing up my mom told us our hands were the dishwasher so our actual dishwasher sat unused. Next would be cleaning out the refrigerator. I actually don't mind doing laundry!
The floors and dishes. I will scrub down a bathroom before doing them. Organizing is like a hobby for me so bills and papers are always organized in file folders alphabetically. We don't live in a big house but when it comes to vacuuming/sweeping/mopping the floors it feels like the White House. Laundry is also a relaxing pass time for me. I usually fold when DH is watching TV and LO is napping.
I hate dusting- it is my least favorite chore. I also dislike sweeping/mopping because it hurts my back. And not a big fan of cleaning bathtubs. Chores I don't mind- laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, general bathroom cleaning. DH takes out the garbage so I hardly ever have to do that.
All aspects of laundry! Ugh. I despise hanging clothing and ironing H's button downs. I also dread unloading the dishwasher & dusting. I know you didn't ask for pet peeves, but it drives me nuts when the kitchen is clean and my H puts his dishes in the SINK and not in the empty dishwasher. Wtf! My house would be clean if he didn't undo all of my doing. Le sigh...
I don't mind washing the laundry, but I do not want to fold it and put it away. I also hate dusting.. I don't ever dust. maybe a handful of times a year.
I loathe dusting. I hate vacuuming and folding our white laundry, which is essentially 50 million of DHs undershirts and all his white socks...I have a big pile to wash now, but the load usually sits on the dryer for a couple days.
I despise getting gas, and I hate ironing just as much. If it weren't so damn expensive I'd probably just take everything that needed ironing to the drycleaners.
I love straightening and organizing miscellaneous things around our apartment.
I don't like ironing. I love doing windows, mirrors and glass in general. I think it's leftover from my first real job in HS when I worked at a gallery and had to clean picture glass. I'm in luck that DH loves vacuuming and mopping.
I hate unloading the dishwasher but I feel like it makes no sense. It's easy and much better than hand washing all of them. DH hates it too so we sometimes play dishwasher chicken and both pile our dirty stuff in the sink all day.
Everything cleaning I loath. When we didn't have biweekly cleaning I would mop the floors maybe once in 4 months. Now it's easier to keep up the cleanliness at least I don't ever have to do floors/dusting / vacuuming anymore. Once in 2 weeks is more then enough in my book. Out of the things I do I hate doing dishes the most. Laundry , diaper pail and putting away stuff don't bother me.
I hate cleaning the cat litter box! Just can't stand sifting thru the shit and picking out the clumps of ammonia-stench piss! don't mind picking up piles of poo left by my 100lb Akita because I have a scooper so I'm at least 3ft from the poo. And because she's my dog, raised her since she was 8wks old. The cats however (there are 2) I married into, DH has had them since he was in college. Litter box, ewww.
