NBR: Big housewares sale at Macys

So far my "nesting" has been more about buying new stuff for the house than actually cleaning, so if you're the same, check out the Macy's sale through Monday. They're running a pretty large sale, and then another 10-15% off that with the code WKND. Plus free shipping.

I just got a $200 dinnerware set for about $70, along with some other kitchen stuff I "needed."

    I should add, I think it's good in departments all throughout, not just housewares -- but that's what I was in the market for, so that's all I looked at. :)

    Thanks, I just killed a second blender and have decided to invest in something higher end. I will definitely check this sale out.

    I bought a ton of Noritake. We've been using the same mismatched plates we both brought from our apartments and it was driving me crazy. 

    I actually got two different, but coordinating sets of 4 place settings (so 8 total). You can mix and match them as needed and they have other coordinated bowls and plates that have the same color rim but graphic prints inside to liven things up a bit. 

    Nice quality too.

    That's what I'm thinking- they have them at our Costco for $375! I just need DH to concede and give me the green light :)

    This is me. We actually do need a new dinner set though. We got one from Ikea when we moved back here a year ago and I can see all of the white coating starting to scratch off.

    On the Vitamix - you won't regret it. Definitely worth every penny.
