I have recently (as in the past couple weeks) had a major "breakout" of skin tags. They seem to be spreading all over my neck and chest. I've read they are a common pregnancy occurrence and nothing to worry about. Just surprised by them, since I never had a single one before I was pregnant.
Re: Skin Tags
They, for the most part, go away. Tea tree oil always helped me when I was ready to deal with them post-pregnancy.
I do remember reading somewhere that this could happen and that other things you may have before pregnancy could grow bigger. For example if you had a wort, or an existing skin tag, or moles. I have personally witnessed a couple of my moles have grown quite a bit and it's disgusting. One of the first things I'm doing after recovery is getting them removed. I highly doubt a mole will shrink back in size.
FX that all of our skin issues calm down a bit!
I get skin tags on the regular because of my PCOS, usually in my armpits. I have one really big one right now...all the little ones have come and gone. This sucker apparently plans on sticking around.
I also have skin tags from PCOS prepregnancy. I haven't been paying a lot of attention, but I have noticed mine have gotten bigger too. I have a few moles that have changed, too. Hopefully they decide to go away or at least get smaller after delivery!

Some fall off, some don't. I've had success with tea tree oil. When I'm feeling impatient with one, I'll tie dental floss around it and knot it off. Fun times.
