Trying to Get Pregnant

Play me a sad song.

I'm in a sad songs and wine kind of mood today.  And since it's Saturday and the board is/will be dead, let's play some music.

So play me a sad song.  The saddest of songs.  Or just a song you like to listen to when you're sad.  Or don't.  Be a rebel and play a happy song.  I just want to listen to music I would likely not hear otherwise.

(PS:  If you just copy the URL from the address bar on a youtube video, then paste it in the text box to reply, the video will show up.)

This song makes me cry.  It's At the Bottom of Everything by Brighteyes and it seems like a happy song unless you listen to it.  I also like their song Lua.  Acutally I just like all their songs.  But I'll share this one.

No worries, I'm not really in a bad mood or anything.  Just feel like listening to sad music?  I don't know.  Maybe I'm sad and don't realize it yet.

ETA:  Just copy the address from the address bar and paste it in the reply box.  No extra work needed.  Don't use the share code and don't add it as an image.  Just paste the url and let TB do the work for you.

One of my old residents used to sing this song to me.  He passed away earlier this year.  I'm definitely crying now.

Totally agree with this one, along with "In my Place" and "Warning Sign". I guess I never realized how sad of a CD A rush of Blood to the Head was.

And of course "Fix you" is pretty sad too
  • An oldie, but this used to be my go-to sad song - Untitled, by Simple Plan.

  • For my last break up, this song always got me.

Not because it's a sad song, but because it was "OUR" song, and I heard it everywhere for months afterward.  I would have to leave stores if it was playing because it made me so sad.

THIS song made me feel better, though.
