1 month old club (1 month tomorrow, actually!) here! We had our best night yet last night, when little miss went 5 hours between her bedtime feeding and her first wake up for the night!! Makes you feel like a new person, lemme tell you! We spent the first few hours of our morning having some family time in bed - snuggling and watching tv together. DH is now working (from home), while DD naps and I waste time on the internet instead of the many chores I should be doing. In a few hours, DD and I are going on a long walk with a friend and then heading to my parents' house for dinner! It's a good Saturday!

Had a really good appointment with my preferred lactation consultant. Visited with my brother who got in today. Need to feed DD again in a little while. It's a quiet day and DH and SD go to California tonight leaving me and my brother here with the baby.

I took DS and DD (11 days old) to the donut shop and park this am. Then DH took DS to run errands so I could nap with DD. They are napping now and I'm nursing DD and having snuggle time. I hope to chill the rest of the day as we have some friends bringing brunch over tomorrow.

My husband Runs/produces a bluegrass festival for a non profit in the Florida keys today and tomorrow. We've been running around all day checking in musicians and getting the grounds ready for the big show tomorrow... We're expecting around 4000-6000 people, 50 vendors, and about 15 food trucks. There is also a late night jam/ kick off party tonight with a pretty badass band so thats going on until early in the am tonight. The main festivities are tomorrow. Between MCing,interviews, set up and all things festival madness for the hubs I have been trying help as much as I can and not go into labour before Sunday!... Soooo Between the festival, 50 hour work weeks and being due in 5 days No big deal;) On Monday mama puts her feet up and does nothing!

It's going to be about 80 here today, so DH finally bought our new grill & turned on the pool. We will be setting up the new grill & having friends over. Not sure if I am brave enough to put on my suit & take a dip yet.

DS2 had bloodwork this morning. Tonight we are staying in and having a movie night. DS1 got to pick the movie so we are watching Planes.

It's my due date:) walked 2 miles this am, made DH dtd (poor guy), just had my second acupuncture appointment. Feeling really up and down- excited bc my OB is cool w me going to 41 weeks as a VBAC and we have a really great plan if we get to that point, so ready for baby to be here, and battling my own self doubt about going into labor spontaneously. Just grateful to have 8 more days time to let her get moving on her own! Wish everyone would stop texting me and asking if baby was coming.... Shut up people!!!

I had my baby yesterday. We had a little girl named Jordan. We were very excited as we were team green. Today we got discharged and now am trying to grasp life with 2 children

My agenda was to sweep & clean my floors. Done and done. I've had random contractions all day, so I decided with 11 days left, it was probably a good time to pack a bag for my kids too. And get my stuff finalized. Only thing left on my original agenda is clean up the toy room. That one I'm not looking forward too. It's a disaster zone.

We had to go to my SILs house to see my husbands grandparents. I wasn't too keen on the idea of taking out my one week old while and because I am still really sore, but we went and we survived. I was just a brat and didn't offer anyone the chance to hold DD...so nobody asked except SIL. Now we are home and DH is being awesome and feeding DS so I can relax a bit while DD is napping.

Well the plan was to use ST and mental willpower to get this baby girl to come out this weekend while DH is in town. So far no go apparently she would rather just stay put. DS and I are still having a pretty great day with daddy we went out to breakfast at village in, awesome strawberry crepes!! Then my mommy and me group was having an hr long play date at a gymnastics studio. Trampolines, foam block pit, balance beams, climbing toys etc... For the kids to go nuts on. DH went with us so he could chase DS around, I'm not quite as fast as I used to be: ) next we went home for family nap time (my favorite). Tonight we have friends coming over to hang out and eat pizza. Also did two loads of laundry and packed DS and LO's bags sometime in there. All in all a pretty packed Saturday!

I spent mine shopping for the last few things for LO, DS, and postpartum. DH got a few things too.

I had my first Jamba Juice (it was mango and delish!? I bought me a pair of sperry shoes with furry insides since I broke my pinky toe yesterday. They are so comfy! (DH calls them glorified moccasin house shoes.) Tomorrow I go for the crib, mattress, and a couple of other things since we came home with a full trunk. We also came home with a Taggie portable swing on sale for $39!
