Pre-Natal Yoga

Hi Ladies,
Does anyone know of any good pre-natal yoga studios in the Rockland County area? The only place I've been referred to is Indian Rock Yoga but they only have classes on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and that doesn't really work for me, as someone who works all day in NYC and isn't home until about 7pm.

Hi,

If you aren't too far from bergen county i take classes at destination maternity on route 4 its run through valley hospital so you can find all the info on the site...they have classes mornings evenings and on saturday
