Holy shit 2 nights a week would be insane in my mind! He goes 1-2x a month and I get annoyed. I rarely get a night to myself and I SAH. This mama needs break. I wanted to go on a one night cruise for his birthday and he doesn't want to leave the baby so he told me to go without him with my mom or sister if I really wanted a night away. Arg.
Happy hour?
I wish! No alcohol for me anymore and my closest a friends live 40 minutes away! ....and they are also pregnant lol.

DH just told me that his best friend is moving the end of February to north Carolina. I feel bad for him. So game night may be changing soon but not for the reasons I would want.
Did you all have immunizations at the 15 month appt? We did, and I must say it threw me off because I thought 15 months was just a well check. It was my least favorite by far... the girls screamed longer than ever and were generally unhappy the whole time. Plus the pedi told me to call in two months if their language doesn't increase. Anyone else get this? K peed through her diaper so badly that I had to take her pants off, and I didn't have any extra pants. It was 30 degrees today so I felt bad. Just kind of a negative visit overall But I'm thankful that they're growing perfectly.
We had 2 shots at her 15 month check up. she took them.fine but woke up screaming bloody murder in the middle of the night and took Tylenol and a half hour of rocking to console. And she is never up over night so it must have been some reaction to the shots.
We had 3 shots at her 15m appt. She did ok, if a touch clingy and crabby for about 3 days after.
I am very sleepy. Since Alice has been "napping" in her own bed, I don't get naps anymore. LOL She only naps for about 30-45 min and that's only enough nap enough to piss me off.

We have only gotten 1 tax form, how are you already ready to submit.
Alexis will definitely be getting shots at her 15 month apt. We are behind. At her 1 year apt. She had an infection so we were told to wait a few weeks later. It cleared up, but before we took her in it came back. It has been like that this whole time. It's clear right now, and hopefully it stays clear. We just finished the last dose of antibiotics today. It usually comes back within a week of finishing the antibiotics.
@morrkim sounds like y'all need some different antibiotics!
We are boring, so all we have is Husband's w2 and mortgage stuff. We get an end of year credit card statement that breaks down every purchase made that year. We use that to see if we can itemize for medical stuff. Usually can't, and I'm ok with that. We go to H&R Block. I hate dealing with math and government. That means taxes are not something I want to play with.

@ziegeficker, I think my girls are just fine! Mama, dada and uh oh is pretty well the extent of their vocabulary. They sign for eat, more, please and all done. They follow simple instructions so their comprehension is just fine. Honestly I didn't think a thing of it, so I'm a bit annoyed that he even mentioned calling him in 2 months if their vocabulary doesn't expand. Like others have said on here, I wasn't going to start thinking about it until 18 months, and I wouldn't take action until 2 years if there were a problem. But, this is the same pedi that told me I could "bribe" them to say words. For instance, offer M&Ms when pointing to pictures in books and encourage them to repeat the words. Um, no. I'm not the type to get worked up over a pediatician's "parenting advice", so I'm just going to ignore that nugget of wisdom and do what I know is best. My nanny went to the appointment with us and she was straight pissed at his bad advice! If it were her kids, she would probably change pedis, but there are actually several things I like about this guy, so I'm not changing... yet.

Henry is pretty much on track with your girls, and I haven't worried about it. He has also been around parents of other kids who never said his language was stunted for his age or even mentioned it at all. How strange of your pedi...
