I go three times a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 2 hours is the max they'll watch her. I don't feel guilty in the least, especially since DD loves it so much that it's usually a fight to get her to leave.
I usually went 3-5 days. I was 45 - 1:15 minutes. I showered at home after. Don't feel guilty. It's socialization for LO and the time away/endorphins make you a better mama!!
I try to go 4 days a week but it is usually 2 or 3. I workout for about an hour then shower so she is there for nearly 2 hours. She doesn't love it, but she needs socialization and needs to be away from me sometimes.
Over the summer, I took the kids 4 or 5 days a week. They love it! But since school started for my oldest DD, my babies and I only go 2 or 3 days a week.
When DS was the only kid, we went 4 days, for the full 2 hours. No guilt- it's like a play date I don't need to referee. Now that DD is here, 3xs a week for about an hour. That'll get longer as she gets older.
5-6 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. He doesn't mind going in the mornings when it's slow, but the past 2 days I've gone in the evenings when it's busy and I've gotten called to come get him both times. : /

you feel guilty? i'll assume your children have had difficulty adjusting to it?
i may feel a twinge of guilt if it's a gorgeous day out and we could otherwise be at the playground, and i felt anxious his first few days when he had a very hard time adjusting but he loves it as much as his MMO. it's a playdate (many kids are there at the same time every day), it's socialization, there are new toys, the ladies read, color, & do puzzles with him. when there aren't many kids they take him to throw/kick a ball on a racquetball court. at the other gym we went to, the staff wasn't as interactive so maybe i'd have some guilt leaving him there. he stays from 1-2 hrs about 4 days a week now. he loves it, it's $10 a month, plus i get to take a hot shower? win x 100000000000!
5 times a week for an hour to an hour and a half. I don't feel guilty. It is one of the only real breaks from the kids I get a day. Plus, the kids usually enjoy being there even if they throw a fit about being left there to begin with. I do plenty of things with them during the day that I feel absolutely no guilt about doing something for me for an hour.
Up until two months ago I would go with dd 3-5 days for an hour and a half each time. The child care place is awesome and the workers are so good with dd. Dd loved it and I got to exercise, release stress and shower/get ready for the day in peace. Once LO to be is three months old I will start going back. I really miss it!
I go to a yoga studio now, but when I was going to the gym I would go 3-4 times a week for about an hour total. She wouldn't want to go and would grab onto my leg to not go in, but I would tell her it was ok and the girls working would try to get her to warm up. I would just leave even if she wasn't happy and start working out because I knew as soon as I left she would be playing. They had windows so the kids could see their moms working out and that helped.
