Well that is that my protocol can start as AF has arrived. Didn't seriously think I'd miraculously get a BFP by going au natural this past month, so AF truly was expected. My protocol makes me do a shutdown via bcps for about three weeks so my actual retrieval and transfer is still a ways off in that it won't be untl mid-February, but to me I'm still begning.
The big issue my H and I have to decide on is whether or not we will do a banking cyle and go through with PGS on embryos that have been banked over a few retrieval cycles. I had my consult with my RE and he had me more confused as I truly thought cycle banking would be our route due to my age. However, he made it clear there are risks, no guarentees and since I've only done one IVF cycle which unfortunately ended in m/c it doesn't mean it indicates I will have a repeat of that. Plus, they all think I had a great cycle and had a great response with the number of eggs and embryos I got. Oh, If only I had a crystal ball.
Any advice you can offer is always welcome.

Best of luck on your cycle!!!! Lucky you don't have to do the bcp thing, I dislike the way they make me feel.
We have decided to not do the the PGS this cycle and hope we are successful with straight up IVF. Since I had a good ("great" according to them) response from my 1st cycle they think I'll have just as good a response this time. To be honest, it was a really hard decision to make. I agonized over it, but my H not so much. How is that they can look at information and decided something and stick with it, lol? We women have to mull it over and over and over. Part of the decision came from the fact that I only have one m/c so my RE has said that is not indicative that I will have another. I pray we are making the right choice. So many on here have recurrent loss that it's daunting at my age to think I won't. It was also a big concern that we may get false pos/neg from the testing and there could be damage done to the embryos with the byopsy/freezing process. All that just seemed to push us to decide against it. My RE said if this time fails we can always do it the next time and my fertility won't change that much in a month or two. I hope he is right.
