    There are so many good replies here offering supportive suggestions.  I just wanted to offer a hug.  I wish you and your family a smooth road during this transition.  It seems you are all on the right track.

    I think it time to see a councilor. Your have a very big change in your life with both children. And being Prego will make your emotions run wild. Atleast with a councilor you can talk about all your feelings and work through your emotion with out having to tell your parents.
    We all enter new seasons of life but we can chose to walk trought them or stumble. Sound to me you your going to be fine you just need to talk to a professional
