  Likely not, it will only effect your own bacterial flora, hopefully you will pass antibodies onto her but I don't think you can prevent thrush in her

  The amount of probiotics passed on to the baby will be minimal. They have infant probiotics.

  You can open a probiotic capsule and put some of the powder on your nipple and let her suck it off. Or mix into a bottle if you are formula feeding. Like pp said, they also make infants powdered probiotics that I've used when ds2 was on ammox for ear infections.
