People need to calm down it's for fun. We all know it's 50/50 so people should get off their high horses and if you don't like the post just ignore it. I'm so sick of seeing posts like this, I'm a STM too doesn't mean you have to be a jerk to anyone asking a question you might think is stupid.

BTW ladies...white knight has about 14 posts. And except for this thread, they're all, "me, me, me too, me." Not one comment in support of anyone going through a loss or offering any advice.

I for one am totally tired of people loosely throwing around the term "bullying" every time anyone says anything remotely critical or sarcastic. Being snarky is not the same as bullying. Anyone who has been around here for longer than 5 minutes should know that if you post a picture on a this board asking everyone what "gender" your baby is (especially given the fact that you can't even see the baby's sex organs in the photo and 12 weeks is way too early to tell even if you could see something), you are going to get snarky responses. Being snarky is NOT the same as bullying or even "borderline bullying." Comments like that severely discount actual bullying.

FWIW, the purpose of an Anatomy Scan is not to determine the sex of your baby. You would have an A/S to make sure your baby is healthy and developing properly, if you find out the sex, that's just an added bonus.

Oh ya I know, I just didn't know how else to word it at 7am haha. And I still don't for that matter "what would be the point at looking at the genitals in an u/s" maybe? Not sure why this is causing such a brain fart for me.

I said BORDERLINE for one so calm down. For two you're right I don't spend every minute of every day on her. I work, have a toddler, and a life outside of here. I do enjoy coming on and reading the posts and I like these posts usually. I enjoy seeing the US and seeing everyone guess. But you guys ruin it by your comments. We get it. You can't tell the sex. You're not a doctor. You think it's a cat. So funny. But it's annoying constantly seeing it on all these posts and your comments about ftm's yes they are light hearted but get off it already. We know where you stand on guessing the sex. You don't need to remind people it's 50/50 24/7. I click on this link because I actually want to contribute positively to what the poster is saying not to "snark" on it. I don't understand why you girls do this all the time. We get it already.

Note that I said it's not even borderline bullying. I saw your qualification and I still think it's unfair. I'm a FTM and even I'm annoyed at all of the "what gender is my baby?!?!?" posts. I don't sit around on this board all day (I also have a life and other obligations like you and like everyone else on this board), and constant posts like this make it harder to get to any real content because the first page is always littered with repetitive posts like this. If you want to have "fun" by having people guess what sex your baby is based on its skull shape, a better route might be to send a group e-mail to your girlfriends who care, rather than posting here.

Also, I think humor is a better way to deal with posts like this than saying something like "OH MY F#$$#%#@$^ GOD, LIKE WE'VE SAID EVERY SINGLE TIME ANYONE ELSE HAS POSTED ONE OF THESE, WE CANNOT TELL WHAT "GENDER" YOUR $%^$#^% BABY IS FROM A TWELVE WEEK ULTRASOUND PICTURE!!!" ;-)

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer...that's what I've always been told.
1. ppl need to look up the definition of bullying.
2. ppl need to find their puppies and rainbows elsewhere.
3. ppl need to stop parenting random strangers on the interwebs about what THEY want to read on a post. If you don't want to see other's opinions, why bother being here.
4. Get a blog if you can't handle what others say.

But most importantly, don't take any of that advice because all of this is too entertaining and a good reason to be on this forum...not to mention the support when it's needed. Obviously, OP doesn't want support, and likely knew where this was going when she posted, considering this is where it always goes.
