  So...I'm not in the armed forces, but I lived in CT for three years and was in Civil Air Patrol there. I'm pretty there are no armed forces stationed IN Hartford.  Nearby, sure, but not IN Hartford.  If you meant, and I was confused by the poor grammar, that you are leaving FROM Hartford...you must be driving as the airport isn't in Hartford either.  I'm thoroughly confused.  I could be wrong...but you make very little sense in everything else and I don't think I am wrong.
